2012 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
SERVICE HOLDS
  • Unlimited service holds
  • Credit is issued in advance for service hold of two consecutive weeks or longer.
MISSED SERVICE
  • Please notify us immediately if you are not serviced on schedule. Sometimes we are able to reschedule service. Credit is issued if we are unable to reschedule or you choose to wait for your next regularly scheduled service date.
  • Credit is not issued if our equipment does not have access to your refuse.
  • Credit is not issued if your refuse is not out when our truck is in your area.

PAYMENT DUE DATE
  • Billing is issued quarterly in advance.
  • Payment is expected within 15 days of the billing date.
  • Service is started and continued as a courtesy.
  • We reserve the right to stop service if payment is not received.
Thursday, November 22, 2012 - Thanksgiving Day
Tuesday, December 25, 2012 - Christmas Day
Tuesday, January 1, 2013 - New Years Day

Routes on these holidays and the subsequent days of that week will be completed one day late. Friday collection is rescheduled to Saturday.

CREDIT POLICY
TRASH IN EXCESS
Your weekly limit includes residential refuse only. Extra fees are applied to amounts exceeding your limit and all other items, including:
  • Large/Bulky items
  • Construction Debris
  • Furntiture
  • Appliances (freon free only)
  • Carpet & Pad
  • Heavy, overloaded containers
