Q. Does One Way supply containers? A. Customers may supply their own containers. We do not use an automated system so any container will work. We do rent and sell containers if customers choose not to supply their own. Q. What time should I have my garbage out? A. We start our routes at 8:00 A.M. We ask that you have your garbage out by this time. Routes my change without notification, it is your responsibility to have your garbage out when our truck is in your area. Q. What items are not allowed in the garbage? A. Please refer to our hazardous waste page for a listing of non-collectables. Q. What should I do if I have animal problems? A. We suggest putting all of your garbage inside of a container with a locking lid and securing the container to an object that is immobile. It is not the responsibility of our driver to clean up animal or weather strewn garbage. Q. Are there any additional fees? A. The only time you will find an additional fee on your billing is if you place out garbage past your regular weekly limit. We charge $1.00 per extra sack, $2.00 per extra can and $25.00 per extra compacted cubic yard. We do not charge cancelation/restart fees nor do we have any hidden fees. Q. Does One Way hold contracts? A. No. If you are not satisfied with service or wish to discontinue service for any reason you may do so at any time. Customers receive full refunds of pre-paid services not rendered. Q. I am leaving for an extended period, can I place my service on hold? A. Yes. Please call our office at (303) 823 - 0556 to notify us of your absence. Q. My garbage was not collected, do I receive a credit? A. Please refer to our policy on missed collections.
