             Credit Policy

Credit is given to customers putting their service on hold for two consecutive weeks or more. Customers must notify our office by phone or email of the service hold in advance to receive credit. You may notify us of a single week hold, doing so will not only save the driver time but will also keep wear and tear on your road to a minimum.

             Missed Collections

We give one week credit for a missed collection. We do not give credit for missed collections if your road is not accessible to our truck when it is in your area. Please notify us by phone or email if your collection has been missed. We will check the drivers notes; if the driver has marked your address as a “bye” (no garbage present at location) you will not receive credit, instead you will be notified of the time our driver was in your area. If our driver did miss your collection you will receive one week credit on your account and will be allowed double your weekly limit your next collection day.
